“We had a bat get into our house Friday, so Ivan and Heather came out that evening, inspected our home, and determined we had a colony roosting in our home. They gave us a solid quote that included a guarantee and we never felt pressured to use them. Since we have a 10 year old and 6 month old, and forecast for rain in the coming week, Ivan and Heather came out the following day to make sure they got us set up properly. They Were Very Patient
We discovered that we had bats in our attic. Called Ivan and Heather and they came out that evening and bat proofed our house within a week. They were very patient listening to my concerns and answer all the questions that I had. They came out a week after the job to make sure we are still bat free and answered more questions. It’s been about 3 weeks now and I believe the bats are gone from the attic.

Just Pick Up the Phone and Call
If you are Googling about bats and you landed here, go no further. just pick up the phone and call. I had 4 bats flying IN MY HOUSE, and Heather set everything up to get taken care of a few days out, which is actually faster than other places were willing to come out. Didn’t see any bats after everything, it was affordable and totally worth it. They really worked with me on the timing and for a 3 year guarantee, I’ll be in my house in peace 🙂

Timely Response & Customer Service
Few weeks ago, for first time in 20 years we had bat flying in the house. We called Bat Specialists the Sunday before Labor Day and Heather answered the message 5 minutes later. They actually sent Ian to work on our house on Labor Day. It took a few days to take care of the issue due to rainy weather but so far so good. We love their timely responses and excellent customer service. Above all, we really think Heather/Ivan are good people and they know what they are doing. Definitely 5 stars.

Very Personable, Professional & Helped Ease our Nerves
They were wonderful! Very personable, professional and helped ease our nerves about having a problem with bats. They fixed the issue and we haven’t had any problems since! Worth every penny! Highly recommend.

Literally Responded Within Hours
I had some bats hanging off the back of my house and they did not seem like they were going anywhere. They literally responded within hours and made a plan to where they would not come back. They do not kill any bats. They fixed the areas of the roof where the bats were roosting to where they could not hang anymore and they have not come back! Very courteous and professional and extremely knowledgeable. All they do is bats, no other animals. They are truly experts!

Superb Knowledge Coupled with Professionalism
Love bats and all that they do for our environment, However I was not happy about having hundreds of free-loading room mates. After making a half a dozen calls to people quick to execute the bats (which I did not want) I found Heather and Ivan. Within a matter of days they had implemented mitigation procedures and our house guests left and have not returned. 🙂 This was clearly the best option for bat proofing our home and I would not hesitate to recommend them to ANYONE. Superb knowledge coupled with professionalism and empathy for our winged insect hunters.

Knowledgeable, Professional and Super Friendly
Ivan and Heather came out to my house within an hour to remove a bat in a high place in our house. They then bat proofed our house. They have been doing this for many years and are very knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. We have not had any bats since. This was back in Sept. 2019. Definitely, I would recommend them to anybody.
